Your Responsibilities
- Lead medium and larger accounts, build and foster client relationships, and manage service delivery across the range of global benefit propositions and services.
- Understand client needs and employ multiple tools to solve client issues, actively manage client portfolios, and collaborate with client team members to address and resolve global benefit queries.
- Consider and deliver idea suggestions and updates to clients, use and interpret client data to tell a story, and communicate complex and technical issues to clients and colleagues.
- Manage client expectations on delivery, implement best practices across the team, and keep scope, budget, and other metrics under effective project tracking.
- Ensure adherence to Lockton processes, including compliance, risk management, data protection, audit trails, and other delivery processes.
- Develop networks with Lockton Global Partner offices, peers, and other business service groups to progress tasks using a partnership approach that facilitates high‑quality results.
- Proactively consult with local Lockton Global offices and partners to resolve issues and actively support new business opportunities, including RFP responses.
- Own pricing and scoping of small and mid‑sized projects, complete required contracting or Statement of Works, and maintain up‑to‑date client database information.
- Apply multiple propositions and solutions to client needs, combining them effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in a role that reflects client management skills transferable to Global Benefits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and commercial approach to clients.
- People or team management experience (where applicable).
- Completed training courses or qualifications in core areas such as insurance, international benefits (IEBA), HR, or another related discipline.
- Strong client and commercial track record.
Additional Experience
- Fluency or professional proficiency in a foreign language is often helpful.
- Any other professional qualifications or training are also an advantage.
- Experience working or living abroad is helpful, although not required.
