Are you passionate about shaping culture, building leadership capability, and driving change in a global business? We’re looking for an Organisational Development Business Partner to join our RE Insurance HR team and play a pivotal role in enabling the long-term success of our reinsurance business.
About the Role
As our OD Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, working with the Head of HR to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen organisational capability in a highly specialist, analytical, and regulated environment. You’ll bring insight, creativity, and credibility to help us attract, retain, and grow the expertise we need to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Design and implement organisational development strategies that enhance performance, employee engagement, and inclusivity.
Talent Development: Develop and deliver programs that build capabilities and prepare employees for future roles.
DEI Integration: Execute the diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy in conjunction with key stakeholders.
Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to organisational operations and culture.
Training and Facilitation: Design and facilitate training sessions in conjunction with business leaders, creating more structured learning pathways for talent.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of OD and DEI programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
OD Projects: Lead ad hoc projects that to develop the organisation’s culture, structure and/or processes in alignment with strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in OD, HR Business Partnering, or Change Management, ideally within reinsurance, insurance, financial services, or another regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of organisational effectiveness and talent management in technical, risk-driven businesses.
- Experience working in complex global or matrix organisations.
- Excellent facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders.
- Ability to use data and insights to shape practical OD solutions and execute projects to deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and appreciation of the reinsurance/insurance market context.
