Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Events Executive to support the planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of internal and external events.
Working closely with the Senior Events Manager and key stakeholders across the business, you will be responsible for managing events from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards and aligned with business goals. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a broad range of activities, including client events, conferences, networking events, award ceremonies, sponsorship activations and internal engagement initiatives.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for creating exceptional event experiences.

Candidate Profile
It is essential that you have:
- Previous experience in an events role, with responsibility for planning and delivering events from concept to completion.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with external suppliers and venues.
- Budget management and cost-tracking experience.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Willingness to travel and provide occasional support outside standard working hours when required for events.
