Due to the ongoing growth, success and potential of the Lockton Crisis Management business, which includes A&H, Product Recall, Terrorism and Special Crime, we are looking for an experienced A&H Broker to join our Crisis Management team.
As an A&H Broker you will join our highly successful Crisis Management team to provide innovative, detailed and best practice service for clients across a wide ranging portfolio including Personal Accident, Business Travel Accident, Life, Key Person and Sports accounts.
Alongside core broking activities you will be exposed to new business generation, tender presentations and working with the Lockton network to identify new opportunities. Throughout this you will build a detailed understanding of our clients' needs, applying this knowledge to seek innovative ways to create added value and differentiators during the placement process.
As a Global business there will be plenty of opportunity for collaboration and cross-selling within Crisis Management lines and the wider Specialty division that we operate in. There will also be opportunity to travel to meet clients and colleagues across the global team. What is most important to us is your ability to understand what our clients need and provide a bespoke service to ensure these are met in the best possible way.
Qualifications:
- A&H broking and/or underwriting experience
- Demonstrable A&H product knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Growth mindset, and drive to support the team in continuing growth and success
- Desire to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team in a rapidly growing organisation
