The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking for a skilled Change Business Partner with expertise in a People centric environment to join our team. This role is multi-faceted and key to overall project success ensuring the people impacts are properly considered against the backdrop of the projects future aspirations.
This role will initially be a 12 month FTC to cover maternity leave however with the scope of change management projects on the horizon there will be potential to grow this opportunity. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that current global projects are delivered and that a collaborative approach is adopted ensuring the projects global, international and regional requirements are met.
Role responsibilities
- You will be in the detail of the project, attending meetings and catch ups, regularly engaging with the project teams, and asking questions to aid understanding
- There will be no expectation to understand the technical detail of project but an overall understanding all of the required elements and activities of the project is a must
- You will be forward thinking with a curious mind and focus on how the project activities support the future state the project is aiming to achieve
- You will consider the impact of the optimisation of projects and its outputs on the current teams and the future teams
- You will be focused on ensuring and helping to facilitate the overall success of the project by building strong working relationships both internally and externally with business unit leadership teams, project teams, PMO teams, external providers and wider global teams
- You will update the required change management collateral and information at the required frequency and provide updates in the scheduled status meetings
Key attributes
- Change management experience, ideally with experience of multi-territory projects and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to structure large scale projects, experience of growth projects aswell as restructures and experience of digital transformation projects with significant long term investment
- Excellent business partnering skills that allow you to quickly build trust and be accepted as a trusted strategic partner
- Flexible and adaptable with an agile approach to unforeseen situations
- Ability to be strategic and in the project detail; the strategic goals should lead the thinking
- Understanding of the requirements of making structural changes to the team and the people impacts of these decisions
- Experience of key change management facets including oversight and governance; culture and engagement; structural changes and associated impacts; best practice and implementation
- Excellent word, excel and powerpoint capabilities
