Lockton is seeking a UK & Europe Reward Analyst with strong analytical and operational experience to scale and manage our UK & European reward programs as well as supporting the Regional Reward and HR Business Partners.
As a Reward Analyst, you will play an integral role in the execution of strategic reward programs that promote market competitiveness to attract and retain talent while aligning with reward philosophy. This is an influential role in the implementation of Reward programs, communications and training and compensation tools where the successful candidate is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries.
This role involves analysing market data, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing insights to support strategic decisions on aspects of compensation and benefits. This full-time position is in our London office but will require time flexibility to interact with our local teams across UK & Europe.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred.
- Extensive experience in compensation analysis or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry or a similarly regulated environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and other data analysis tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Experience with compensation benchmarking surveys and HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Understanding around using data to create actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
