Our dedicated direct and facultative (re)insurance property practice provides tailored solutions for clients worldwide. We offer access to over 75 carriers across a range of markets, including Lloyd’s syndicates. Internationally, clients benefit from our strong relationships with more than London-based Lloyd’s syndicates and global insurers.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the provision of day-to-day account management and servicing of our client’s insurance programmes to support the retention and development of the business. Additional key role responsibilities will include preparing Client and London market documentation, engagement with markets, technical services group, IBA and claims to ensure effective management and excellent service of all accounts.

- Ability to prepare London market slips, endorsements, adjustments and accurate Client documentation.
- Experience preparing submissions and broking presentations for the market.
- Ability to work with the broking teams to prioritise workload and query any missing or incorrect content.
- Capability to provide support to our lead brokers and to interact and build relationships with London and overseas markets on allocated accounts.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with our international producers and clients.
- Become part of a collaborative team, committed to delivering service to our clients.
- Analysing underwriting information to prepare market submissions.
- Work with the Broking team to ensure all required information is documented.
- Coordinating with the dedicated Claims team in the event of a loss.
- Building a strong working network of our global colleagues and partners.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software applications.
- Collaborate with the team to update account sheets, revenue trackers, budget sheets and market appetite documents.
- Property account management experience – ideally from a broking house but an underwriting background will be considered.
- Exposure to Global/Multinational accounts and complex placements.
- Good understanding of London Market clauses and wordings and how these are applied.
- Experience of using Brokasure and Artificial systems.
- Working knowledge of PPL.
