Key Responsibilities: Lead the Europe Finance team consisting of 8 members Work closely with the COO of Europe and manage key stakeholder relationships Manage the annual budget process, forecasting, year-end process, and team management Possess relevant Finance qualifications and experience to enable immediate contribution Desirable to have an insurance background to understand the business quickly Be in the London office 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday) Occasional travel within Europe (1-2 nights) for work #J-18808-Ljbffr
