We act as a trusted partner to our clients, securing cost-effective, bespoke insurance and risk solutions. Energy transition involves shifting from conventional to sustainable energy sources, including wind, solar, and innovative energy practices from traditional power generation like oil and gas. We seek a Business Development Associate to help establish a European Energy Transition practice, initially focusing on the UK and then expanding across Europe with our partner offices.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Research industry trends and key players to develop a prospect list focused on Energy Transition companies
- Collaborate with Marketing to create targeted marketing materials
- Engage with other business lines to develop multi-coverage offerings in Energy Transition
- Attend networking events to represent LGE and connect with target companies
- Represent LGE at events and educate prospective clients on our services
- Coordinate strategy rollout from the UK to Europe
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or business development
