The Account Executive role in our Retail team is responsible for providing advice and taking the lead on our complex accounts. As the team continues to grow, this experienced hire will assist key clients and support the team.
Our many years of experience working with specialists in various industries have enabled us to develop a robust and proven ability for service delivery, advice, and tailored coverage to address the varied insurance needs of our clients and their interests, including innovative areas of cover.
The role will involve identifying and engaging with new business prospects to produce new clients for Lockton. As Account Executive, you will be responsible for the overall relationship management and retention of clients from SME to corporate.
You should have the following experience:
- Expert understanding of the relevant classes of business.
- Ability to identify opportunities for business development and pursue with success.
- Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with clients, insurers, and associates.
- Ability to prepare and execute strategic direction and thought leadership.
