Marston’s is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team across our pub estate.
You’ll ensure rooms and public areas are spotless and welcoming, and you’ll collaborate with reception to meet guest needs.
In this role you’ll manage daily room checks, stock replenishment, and uphold COSHH and health & safety standards to deliver a first-class guest experience.
You’ll lead a diverse team, train colleagues, and drive continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency.
