Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all incoming property enquiries
- Building strong relationships with all customers
- Dealing with various contractors and arranging jobs from start to completion
- Keeping the customers informed of properties
- In time visiting properties in the Exeter area
- Assisting with Marketing and brochures
- Database Management
- Answering calls, managing emails, and general office duties
About You:
- Confident communicator with a warm professional manner
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Customer focused mindset and a genuine enjoyment of helping people
- Familiarity with the property sector an advantage but not essential
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple tasks
