About the Role
My client is seeking to recruit a compassionate, organised and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join a caring, people focused organisation. Based in Enfield (hybrid working) with occasional travel to Northampton and Milton Keynes, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full HR lifecycle and ensuring employees feel supported, valued and well informed. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a nurturing environment, enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering accurate, high quality HR support.
Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, onboarding packs and HR documentation
- Support the employee life cycle including on-boarding, probation, changes and leavers
- Manage the HR inbox, responding to queries with empathy and professionalism
- Assisting with HR reporting, data analysis and monthly updates
- Co-ordinate job adverts, interview schedules and candidate communication
- Conduct right to work checks and ensure compliance through the recruitment process
- Assist in the monthly payroll process
- Log sickness, holidays and other absences
- Provide note taking support during meetings
- Help co-ordinate training and well being initiatives
- All general HR and admin duties
About You
- Qualified to CIPD level 3 or equivalent
- Strong HR administrative experience ideally in public or care sector
- Someone genuinely with a passion to help people
- An empathetic, natural communicator
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple tasks
- An upbeat friendly outlook with a willingness to succeed
- Must have full UK driving licence as some travel involved
