Following continued growth and partner demand, LockerQuest is hiring a new Site Acquisition Manager in the South.
At LockerQuest we bridge the gap between property owners and parcel locker networks, helping hosts transform underutilised space into consistent, passive income streams. With a nationwide network of over 1,000 sites, 1,600 lockers and trusted by over 650 space partners, we specialise in the commercialisation of space through a seamless, fully managed approach.
The Site Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, securing, and delivering high-quality locations for the deployment of multiple parcel lockers (YEEP!, Evri, Royal Mail, Shift, Amazon, Thinventory).
This role plays a critical part in expanding the company’s Space Partner network by negotiating agreements with property owners (which can be large corporates, SMEs or independents), local authorities, and commercial partners.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and an understanding of retail, logistics, or infrastructure site selection.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development - Site Identification for new and existing clients.
• Identify high-footfall, strategically valuable locations for parcel locker installations (e.g., retail, transport hubs, petrol stations and leisure).
• Prioritise target areas based on demand, demographics, and logistics efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential sites aligned with expansion targets.
Acquisition & Negotiation
• Lead negotiations with landlords, property managers, and partners to secure site agreements.
• Agree commercial terms, including lease/licence agreements, revenue share, or partnership models.
• Ensure all agreements meet legal, financial, and operational requirements.
Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, retailers and local authorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (locations, operations, deployment) to ensure smooth site delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all site acquisition matters.
• Gain approvals.
• Conduct site assessments, including accessibility, visibility, power availability, and compliance.
Skills & Experience
Essential
• Proven experience in site acquisition, property, real estate, or business development roles
• Demonstrable evidence of being a team player
• Demonstrable evidence of successful client relationships in previous years
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Must be a team player. Whilst the role is regional it is a small team and therefore excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
• Ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders simultaneously
• Commercial awareness and analytical mindset
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence (ideally no more than 3 points)
Desirable
• Experience in parcel lockers, logistics, last-mile delivery, or retail network expansion
• Educated to Degree Level (or similar qualifications)
