We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Engineer to drive the successful deployment, integration, and optimization of advanced data solutions across a complex enterprise environment. This role involves close collaboration with customers to ensure seamless implementation, maximize platform performance, and deliver measurable value. You'll be at the forefront of securing sensitive data at scale, working across a variety of architectures and technology stacks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance tailored to each of the customer’s environments.
- Lead successful onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and long-term value realization.
- Collaborate closely with the customer to understand the technical requirements, business objectives, and pain points, delivering tailored solutions and use cases through a consultative, hands-on approach.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python; solid hands-on experience working in cloud-based environments.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with data and cloud technologies, including databases, cloud infrastructure, and basic cloud administration (e.g., networking, compute and storage resources, identity and access management).
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and automation through scripting or programming languages.
- Practical knowledge and demonstrated experience in areas such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management is highly preferred.
- Proven success in a technical, customer-facing role within a software or SaaS company.
