We are looking for a charismatic and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join our team in Whitworth Locke in Manchester. This is a full-time role working 40 hours across 5 days per week.

Role Overview
Are you a natural host? Calm under pressure, with next-level organisational skills? Do you find satisfaction in creating seamless hospitality and memorable experiences? As the lynchpin of the Bar team, you’ll make sure guests feel genuinely special – from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of our main hotel bar and events bar
- Ensure smooth delivery of events
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- At least one year’s experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
