We are looking for a charismatic and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Whitworth Locke in Manchester. This is a full-time role working 40 hours across 5 days per week.
Here at Locke, we create spaces where you can be you. From front desk to back office, on-the-ground to behind-the-scenes, our team makes Locke what it is. We’re building a community of the culturally curious, the forward-thinking, and the ever-questioning. Locke is growing with new openings across the UK and Europe coming up.
The role involves being a natural host, calm under pressure, with next-level organisational skills. You will oversee the F&B team and report to the F&B Manager, ensuring guests feel genuinely special from the moment they book to the moment they leave our F&B spaces.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of our café, Locke Coffee Club
- Ensure smooth delivery of events
- Manage a team of baristas, chefs & bartenders
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- At least one year’s experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends
- Ability to work well under pressure
