About the Role
As a Painter and Decorator at Hyatt Centric, you maintain and enhance the hotel's luxury interiors and exteriors reporting to the Director of Engineering. You ensure a five-star standard across all guest rooms, restaurants, and public areas.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Quality Finishing & Preparation: Perform professional painting, wallpapering, surface sanding, cleaning, and filling for immaculate results.
- Maintenance & Operations: Execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office to minimize guest disruption, manage inventory, and follow strict health and safety protocols.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience & Qualifications: Proven decorating background, ideally in a luxury or commercial setting, with a preferred NVQ Level 2 or equivalent certification.
- Skills & Flexibility: Expert color-matching and preparation skills, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
