About The Role

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen operations and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop a career within hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and crockery.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation as required.
  • Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.
  • Receive and organise deliveries, ensuring stock is stored appropriately.
  • Comply with food safety, health, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Assist with keeping storage areas clean, tidy, and well organised.
