We are looking for a Breakfast/Brunch Chef to join our team in Whitworth Locke in Manchester. This is a part-time role working 20+ hours across 3-4 days. The Coffee Club is open 7am-5pm which means your evenings are always free (unless we have special events on).
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Cover all kitchen and back house duties including breakfast menu, brunch menu and prep for daily sales.
- Prep and execute delivery of hotel events of up to 100 guests.
- Cleanliness and hygiene to be of the highest degree.
- Endlessly curious - and always trying to impress and improve the products and customer expectations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- At least one year’s experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Confident to work independently or with others.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
