The Role
We are hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our London office. This is a desk‑building role from day one. You will be trained to run a full 360 desk covering Salesforce positions across the UK and European markets, starting on candidate‑side work (sourcing, screening, qualifying) and moving into client development as your billings grow.
What you will do:

- Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and ZoomInfo
- Run candidate calls, write submissions, and manage processes from intro to offer
- Develop client relationships through outbound calls, emails, and market mapping
- Hit weekly KPIs on calls, meetings, and submissions
- Work alongside senior consultants on live, paying roles from week one
What we are looking for:
- 0 to 1 year of commercial experience (recruitment, sales, or BD preferred but not essential)
- A degree, or evidence of comparable drive outside of academics
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Resilience and self‑motivation. Recruitment has high highs and tough days, you need to want both
- Genuine interest in technology, SaaS, or the Salesforce ecosystem. We will teach you the rest
- Right to work in the UK
What we offer:
- £26,000 to £32,000 base depending on experience
- Uncapped commission from your first placement, with threshold and accelerator structure
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus your birthday off
- Hybrid working from our central London office
- Structured 12‑week onboarding covering Salesforce ecosystem, sourcing, BD, and process management
- Clear progression path to Consultant, Senior, and Principal with defined billing and behaviour milestones
