We are currently seeking a Dutch-speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

This is a sales-driven role where you will focus on developing long-lasting relationships with businesses across the Benelux region that have niche technology staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business development: Engage proactively with new and existing clients across the Netherlands and Belgium to identify new hiring opportunities.
  • Candidate sourcing: Proactively reach out to candidates through various channels such as Linked In, Job Boards, Adverts, and our extensive internal database.
  • Process management: Book interviews, negotiate salaries, and ensure successful placements of candidates, liaising fluently in both Dutch and English.
