Locke Hotels’ Luqa at Eden Locke on George Street, Edinburgh, is opening a new restaurant and seeking a Senior Chef to join at the start of our journey.
This full-time role covers café, brunch and restaurant menus, with 40 hours over 5 days. You’ll help shape the kitchen as the concept develops and work closely with the hotel team to deliver a great guest experience.
Luqa is a brand-new concept; you’ll contribute ideas, develop your skills and grow with us as we open in October.
