Be part of an exciting new hotel opening. We’re launching a brand-new hotel in the heart of Canary Wharf in May 2026, featuring 279 rooms across 19 floors, with a restaurant, coffee shop, and rooftop bar. This is a great opportunity to join from the very beginning and help shape a successful opening.

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and professional Night Receptionist to oversee the Front Office during overnight hours. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and smooth running of the hotel while delivering a high standard of guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome late arrivals and manage early departures
  • Carry out the night audit and ensure all daily reports are accurate
  • Handle guest enquiries and requests overnight
  • Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and guests
  • Process payments and manage cash handling accurately
  • Prepare handover reports for the daytime team
  • Work independently while maintaining strong communication with other departments

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous nights hotel reception experience essential
  • Experience working night shifts or completing night audit (preferred)
  • PMS knowledge required; experience with MEWS desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Calm, professional, and solution-focused approach
  • Flexible and reliable with a commitment to overnight work
