We’re launching a brand-new hotel in the heart of Canary Wharf in May 2026, featuring 279 rooms across 19 floors, with a restaurant, coffee shop, and rooftop bar. The Role
We’re looking for a reliable and professional Night Receptionist to oversee the Front Office during overnight hours. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and smooth running of the hotel while delivering a high standard of guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome late arrivals and manage early departures
- Carry out the night audit and ensure all daily reports are accurate
- Handle guest enquiries and requests overnight
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and guests
- Process payments and manage cash handling accurately
- Prepare handover reports for the daytime team
- Work independently while maintaining strong communication with other departments
What We’re Looking For
- Previous nights hotel reception experience essential
- Experience working night shifts or completing night audit (preferred)
- PMS knowledge required; experience with MEWS desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Calm, professional, and solution-focused approach
- Flexible and reliable with a commitment to overnight work
