We’re looking for a Breakfast/Brunch Chef to join our team in Whitworth Locke in Manchester. This is a full-time role working 40h across 5 days per week. The Coffee Club is open 7am-5pm which means your evenings are always free (unless we have special events on)! Locke is growing. With new openings across the UK and Europe coming up, we’re at an exciting time in our young life. Want to get stuck in? Roll up your sleeves and let’s go.
Responsibilities
- Cover all kitchen and back of house duties including breakfast menu, brunch menu and prep for daily sales.
- Prep and execute delivery of hotel events of up to 100 guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to the highest degree.
- Be endlessly curious and always strive to impress and improve products and customer expectations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- At least one year’s experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Confident to work independently or with others.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
