As the sole Head Host, you will report directly to the Assistant General Manager and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of a Locke aparthotel. You should have a strong understanding of maintaining and enriching the Locke brand, excel in people management, and have a natural flair for delivering memorable service that encourages guests to return.
Responsibilities
- Create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return
- Stay informed about local events and inspire guests with new ideas
- Respond to guest reviews to demonstrate Lockeโs care
- Handle complaints proactively and positively
- Resolve payment queries and system errors efficiently
- Supervise and coach the Day House Host team, empowering them to excel
- Participate in on-call duties regularly
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and occupancy
- Assist in organizing and delivering events that promote the Locke brand
- Spot upselling opportunities and guide your team to do the same
