We are looking for a Night Host / Receptionist to join Hyatt Centric, Cambridge. The role focuses on delivering a personalised guest experience from entrance to exit, using our systems and technology, and supporting guests with enquiries on the phone, by email and in person.
Responsibilities
- Create memorable experiences for guests by sharing local attractions and recommendations.
- Act as the first point of contact, welcoming guests and facilitating smooth check‑in and check‑out processes.
- Serve as the friendly face and go‑to person for guests, contractors and visitors.
- Manage reservations and queries online, via email, on the phone and in person with a can‑do attitude.
- Handle out‑of‑hours guest queries for other Edyn properties.
