Marston’s is looking for a Supervisor to join our team at a busy, customer‑focused pub in Scotland. You’ll support the management team, ensure smooth shifts, and lead by example in delivering excellent service.
You’ll have proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader, be able to open/close, stock and cash up, and use your initiative to keep the pub running efficiently when senior staff are away. We’ll back your development through our DNA career path.
