    • Interpret styling briefs to ensure consistency across categories.
    • Style multiple looks per day in line with agreed shot lists and production targets.
    • Ensure all garments are styled accurately, including correct fit, proportion, and product presentation.
  • Shoot Day Delivery
    • Review shoot line-ups and rails in advance of shoot days.
    • Work with the Wardrobe Co-ordinator to ensure all samples are prepared and complete.
    • Support styling preparation including steaming direction, accessory selection, and outfit building.
    • Flag any product issues (fit, damage, missing items) ahead of shoot start time.
    • Maintain an organised styling area throughout the shoot day.
    • Work efficiently on set to maintain shoot pace and productivity.
    • Collaborate closely with Photographers, Creative, and Production to ensure smooth workflow.
    • Make quick, confident styling adjustments to maintain quality and consistency.
    • Respond to real-time feedback from Creative or Client teams.
    • Ensure continuity across looks and product variations (colourways, silhouettes, collections).
    • Ensure styling enhances product sell-through while remaining true to brand guidelines.
    • Pay close attention to detail including garment finish, symmetry, layering, and proportions.
    • Handle all samples with care to maintain quality standards.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Stylist within fashion retail or high-volume e-commerce production.
  • Strong understanding of commercial styling and digital product presentation.
  • Ability to work at pace without compromising quality.
  • Confident interpreting briefs and applying brand guidelines consistently.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
