We’re looking for an e-commerce stylist to support high-volume e-commerce photography shoots at LOCK Studios. This role focuses on delivering consistent, commercially driven styling that aligns with brand guidelines and shoot briefs while maintaining pace and efficiency. You will work closely with the Art Director, Wardrobe Team, Producers, Photographers, and Creative teams to ensure looks are styled accurately, consistently, and to schedule. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring strong visual judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently across high shot counts.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-brand styling across e-commerce model and product shoots.
- Work closely with the Art Directors to define style guides for the season.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current trends that align with brand aesthetic and commercial requirements.
- Interpret styling briefs to ensure consistency across categories.
- Style multiple looks per day in line with agreed shot lists and production targets.
- Ensure all garments are styled accurately, including correct fit, proportion, and product presentation.
- Review shoot line-ups and rails in advance of shoot days.
- Work with the Wardrobe Co-ordinator to ensure all samples are prepared and complete.
- Support styling preparation including steaming direction, accessory selection, and outfit building.
- Flag any product issues (fit, damage, missing items) ahead of shoot start time.
- Maintain an organised styling area throughout the shoot day.
- Work efficiently on set to maintain shoot pace and productivity.
- Collaborate closely with Photographers, Creative, and Production to ensure smooth workflow.
- Make quick, confident styling adjustments to maintain quality and consistency.
- Respond to real-time feedback from Creative or Client teams.
- Ensure continuity across looks and product variations (colourways, silhouettes, collections).
- Ensure styling enhances product sell-through while remaining true to brand guidelines.
- Pay close attention to detail including garment finish, symmetry, layering, and proportions.
- Handle all samples with care to maintain quality standards.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Stylist within fashion retail or high-volume e-commerce production.
- Strong understanding of commercial styling and digital product presentation.
- Ability to work at pace without compromising quality.
- Confident interpreting briefs and applying brand guidelines consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
- Clear communicator and collaborative team player.
- Experience working within studio production environments is essential.
Salary: Up to £32k per annum, depending on experience
