We’re on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at an exciting new Italian restaurant opening soon in Glasgow’s East End. This isn’t just another Italian – we’re bringing a fresh twist to traditional Italian cuisine, and we need a dynamic leader who’s as passionate about service as we are about food.

The Role: As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the venue, leading the team, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and working closely with the Head Chef and owners to shape the identity and success of the restaurant.
