Role Overview

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented self-employed cleaners to support our growing property services network across London.

Successful applicants will be offered cleaning assignments based on their location, availability and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out professional Airbnb turnover and residential cleaning.
• Clean and prepare kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas.
• Change bedding and prepare properties for incoming guests.
• Restock agreed guest essentials where required.
• Identify and report visible damage, missing items or maintenance concerns.
• Provide completion photographs after each assignment.
• Follow property-specific instructions and cleaning checklists.
• Communicate professionally regarding job progress and completion.

Requirements

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Airbnb or short-let turnover experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Ability to travel independently to assigned properties.
• Smartphone with WhatsApp and camera access.
• Ability to work independently and manage agreed deadlines.
• Self-employed status or willingness to operate as a genuine independent contractor.
• References may be requested.
