The ideal candidate will have previous experience in locksmithing and a clean driving license, as the role involves traveling to client locations for installations, repairs, and emergency assistance. This position offers an opportunity to work with a variety of locks, security systems, and key-cutting services while ensuring top-tier customer service. **Roles and Responsibilities:** – Install, repair, and maintain locks, keys, and security systems for residential, commercial, and automotive clients. – Respond to emergency lockouts, lost key replacements, and security upgrades. – Perform key cutting, duplication, and rekeying services with precision. – Assess and recommend security solutions tailored to customer needs. – Maintain professional tools and equipment for effective service delivery. – Communicate with customers professionally, providing clear guidance and excellent service. – Travel to job sites efficiently and ensure timely service. – Follow safety and security procedures in all locksmith operations. – Keep up-to-date with the latest lock technologies and security innovations. – Maintain accurate records of work performed and customer interactions. **Requirements:** – Proven experience as a locksmith (minimum 2 years preferred). – Clean and valid driving license. – Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills. – Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations effectively. – Excellent customer service and communication skills. – Familiarity with various lock types, key-cutting machines, and security systems. – Availability for occasional evening or weekend emergency call-outs.
