Temp to Perm Immediate Start Available Lock Global Recruitment is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Front of House to join one of our clients, a busy and well-established social housing maintenance and renewables contractor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for customers and colleagues alike.
You ll be responsible for: Answering a busy switchboard Routing calls to the correct departments Taking accurate messages Welcoming visitors professionally Using Outlook, Teams and general office systems Handling enquiries from tenants, housing officers, tradespeople and suppliers We re looking for someone who has: Previous reception or busy switchboard experience A professional and friendly telephone manner Excellent organisation and communication skills Good IT skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Teams Experience in construction, social housing, property maintenance or a trade environment would be a real advantage If you re reliable, confident on the phone, and enjoy working in a busy office environment, we d love to hear from you!
