Lock Global Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established business carrying out a wide range of asbestos surveys across domestic, commercial and industrial properties throughout the Central Belt of Scotland.
The Role
As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality asbestos management and refurbishment/demolition surveys in line with current legislation and industry best practice.
Requirements
- BOHS P402 Qualification (essential)
- Minimum 3 years' experience carrying out asbestos surveys
- Experience surveying domestic, commercial and industrial properties
- Excellent knowledge of HSG264 and current asbestos legislation
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
Location
Ideally based in West Central Scotland, as the majority of projects are located throughout the Central Belt.
Salary & Benefits
- £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability
- Full-time, permanent position
