Lock Global Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Darvel for a Weaving Shed Shuttle Filler to join their production team. This is a great opportunity to join an established manufacturing business with consistent work and full training provided.
Working Hours
- From start date until 26th March: 6:15am – 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday
- From 30th March, the role will move to a three-shift rotation:
- Night Shift
- Sunday: 11:00pm – 6:00am
- Monday – Thursday: 10:00pm – 6:00am
- Monday – Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Friday: 1:00pm – 8:00pm
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 1:00pm
Pay
Minimum Wage + £2.50 per hour shift allowance
Role Responsibilities
- Supporting the weaving department with shuttle filling duties
- Ensuring machines are supplied with materials to maintain production
- Assisting with general production tasks within the weaving shed
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
