The Assistant Shop Manager supports the Shop Manager by overseeing the retail team in their absence, ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. This role involves driving sales, motivating the retail team, leading by example, and consistently maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full time and permanent (9-5:30pm)
Salary: Based on experience, up to £32k, plus monthly bonus scheme after probationary period.
We are closed on Sundays.
