Job Description
Responsibilities- We’re growing fast in the UK and aim to further strengthen our presence. We are looking to hire up to two Regional Sales Managers: one for the North of the UK and one for the South.
- In this role, you own the commercial success of your region. You translate our strong product portfolio into long-term partnerships and make Locinox the go-to choice for every project.
- Take full ownership of revenue and growth within your region after a strong onboarding at our Belgian HQ.
- Grow existing accounts and actively open new ones through trust, expertise and proactive follow-up.
- Spend time in the field: Engage early with architects, specifiers, distributors, and installers to ensure Locinox solutions are specified and successfully applied in every project.
- Manage the full sales cycle together with an inside sales colleague and report to the Head of UK Sales.
- Build a structured pipeline, share market insights and track your performance closely.
- You bring 3+ years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in technical or industrial sectors (fencing, automation, building hardware, or access control).
- You understand specifications and standards. Certifications are no mystery to you.
- A true relationship builder who combines trust and tenacity: you listen, connect, and close.
- You’re self-driven, structured, and comfortable owning your region.
- Flexibility to focus on either the North or South of the UK depending on your location.
