We are currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support in the automotive parts department.

Duties:

  • Liaise with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing required parts
  • Receive and process orders for parts
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Provide advice on parts availability and pricing
  • Handle telephone inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Organise and maintain the parts department in a tidy and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
  • Organisational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Proficiency in Excel for inventory management
