This is a part-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Troon. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, answering calls, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include handling administrative tasks such as filing, managing correspondence, and maintaining reception area organisation. The Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all guests and visitors.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent Receptionist Duties skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including filing and basic administrative tasks
- Effective Communication skills to engage professionally with guests and colleagues
- Commitment to providing outstanding Customer Service for a positive guest experience
- Organisation and time management abilities
- Experience in hospitality or a similar role is an advantage
- Familiarity with reception or hotel booking systems is a plus
Shifts include 3 days a week across 7, must have weekend availability and available for a range of shift patterns including 7am - 3pm, 10am - 6pm or 3pm - 11pm.
