Lochead Sandford Recruitment's client, one of our well-established mid/large and most forward-thinking CA firms who continue to expand, seeks to recruit an experienced Corporate Tax Advisory Manager or ambitious Assistant Corporate Tax Manager to work to develop quickly upwards to Manager, to join their team.
Our client's tax professionals provide a comprehensive range of tax services including dealing with tax planning, implementing practical tax strategies, and compliance. With an increased demand for tax services, our client seeks an experienced and ambitious Tax Manager to join their tax team.
This Corporate Tax Manager/Corporate Tax Advisory Manager role is varied involving more complex compliance and reviewing, broad advisory work for varied corporate clients - with an advisory bias. Sole Corporate tax or involvement in some personal tax, if desired, whilst still retaining a strong CT focus, may be considered.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of clients - mainly or all corporate from a variety of sectors - many OMBs but also some large groups and ad hoc international.
- Contribute to the development and management of the department, i.e. business development, quality, resource planning.
- Bias on Advisory Tax work.
Successful candidates will have broad current/recent Corporate or Mixed Tax experience gained from ideally working in another UK Practice Firm, with excellent technical knowledge, and proven experience of taxation compliance and review, supervisory skills, and an excellent communicator in order to build relationships with clients and colleagues. With proven organisational skills and ability to take ownership of tasks, you will be highly client-focused with an enthusiastic, flexible approach to work and your team.
