Our client, a progressive, well established Accountancy firm, based in the outskirts of Glasgow towards Lanarkshire, seeks to recruit an experienced Client Bookkeeper/VAT specialist to join their expanding team.
Why join: Our client offers a GREAT work/life balance - 35 hours with good flexible working around core hours, with a friendly, supportive team environment and varied client portfolio. Competitive salary DOE will be offered. Part time will also be considered.
About you: You will ideally have several years experience covering all aspects of client bookkeeping, VAT preparation and submission, CIS returns for a varied client portfolio, ideally gained from another UK Accountancy Practice firm, with ability to deal with client queries and use various IT accounts packages such as Sage and ideally some cloud packages like Xero, QBOL. However, individuals keen to join a Practice firm with good client/multi-tasking skills coming from a client focused bookkeeping role in industry/commerce will also be happily considered.
