The Position: We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade on a permanent full-time contract. In this role, you will work under the guidance of our Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, assisting with menu planning and development, and contributing to the overall success of our culinary operations. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Person: The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong foundation in culinary techniques and food safety standards. You should possess a passion for cooking and a creative flair, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality dishes. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude during busy service periods.
