You will work closely with specialist external agencies (including SEO, digital marketing, PR, design and web development partners where required) together with internal colleagues who support content creation, events and administration. Your role is to provide strategic direction, coordinate activity and ensure all marketing initiatives align with our commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to increase market share across legal, HR and training services
  • Build annual marketing plans with measurable objectives and KPIs
  • Monitor performance and adapt campaigns based on results and market trends
  • Manage the marketing budget to maximise return on investment
  • Strengthen and protect the firm's brand across all channels
  • Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity
  • Develop a content strategy including articles, guides, videos, webinars, podcasts, newsletters and social media
  • Work with fee earners to create engaging thought leadership
  • Work alongside external digital marketing specialists on SEO, website performance and paid media
  • Support business development initiatives and client growth
  • Oversee promotion of seminars, webinars, networking events and training
  • Manage PR opportunities and external agencies
  • Collaborate with lawyers, HR consultants, trainers and business support teams.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Significant senior marketing experience
  • Strategic marketing planning experience
  • Commercial awareness and growth mindset
  • Strong content creation and editing skills
  • Experience managing agencies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

What’s in it for You:

  • Competitive Salary: With a performance bonus and exciting Above & Beyond Awards to recognise your hard work
  • Great Benefits: From private medical insurance to life insurance, a healthcare cash plan, and even your birthday off, we’ve got you covered
  • Professional Growth: Continuous development and the chance to build a career with a growing Firm
  • Culture: Regular team social events, a ‘Dress for the Day’ dress code, a welcoming office culture where your contributions are celebrated
  • Freedom & Flexibility: We know life isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we offer the opportunity to work from home with regular trips to the office in Tunbridge Wells.

If this sounds like the type of work environment that motivates you, then we would love to hear from you.
