Situated on the shores of Loch Rannoch, in one of Scotland’s most beautiful and unspoilt Highland locations, Loch Rannoch Highland Club offers a distinctive lodge ownership experience in a truly special setting. It is managed on a day-to-day basis by an experienced General Manager and overseen by a Board comprised entirely of Members, many of whom bring significant business experience and all of whom are passionate about the long-term success of the Club and the quality of the experience we provide.

We are not a high-pressure sales environment — we believe in presenting a genuine, high-quality product and allowing it to speak for itself. As Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving new lodge ownership sales and expanding the Club’s reach. This is a proactive, outward-facing role, combining sales delivery with lead generation and marketing activity.

  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing approach to generate new lodge ownership enquiries
  • Convert enquiries into completed sales in a professional and consultative manner
  • Proactively generate leads through partnerships, networking, outreach and events
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions and external sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with local businesses, employers and tourism partners
  • Promote the Club through digital channels, social media opportunities and website enquiries
  • Explore new and creative ways to reach potential Members across a wider geographic market
  • Work closely with the General Manager to review performance, develop ideas and refine the approach on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and sales activity

We are looking for someone who wants to achieve strong results and take ownership of their performance, preferring a consultative, relationship-based sales approach rather than a hard sell. You should have proven sales experience, ideally in hospitality, leisure, holiday ownership, property or a similar environment, along with experience in generating leads as well as converting them into sales. A good understanding of digital marketing and lead generation channels is essential, as is a willingness to travel and attend events where required. You must be able to be based primarily on site in a rural Highland location and possess a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

We offer a competitive base salary with uncapped commission directly linked to performance, the opportunity to shape and develop the Club’s sales and marketing approach, free on-site parking, a pension scheme, and staff-related benefits and local partnerships where applicable. You will also have the opportunity to experience and promote the wider Highland offering, including local leisure, outdoor activities and partner facilities, forming a key part of how the Club is presented to prospective Members.

We are looking to reach new audiences, expand our Member base and build long-term sustainability.
