The Loch Rannoch Hotel, a thriving 4-star resort in the stunning Scottish Highlands, is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Working across our popular outlets The Estate Room (AA Rosette-awarded fine dining), The Wild Brownie (family-friendly café), and The Lounge (relaxed bar area), you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the smooth operation of food and beverage service.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
  • Support the team in achieving high standards of service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
