Salary: £30,888 – £35,819 (Band C) per annum

Hours: 35 per week | Contract: 6-month fixed term

We're looking for a Website Content Co-ordinator to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital presence. Join Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Authority and help shape the content for our brand-new website and enhance our digital channels. Working at the heart of our Communications Team, you'll help bring the diverse work of the organisation to life, inspiring audiences with our mission to become a nature-positive, carbon-negative, thriving National Park.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate content delivery – act as the key link between internal teams, our digital agency and copywriters, aligning content with our Information Architecture.
  • Develop and shape content – create user-focused, accessible content that reflects research insights and meets deadlines.
  • Facilitate collaboration – lead content working group meetings, share updates, and build content design capability across teams.
  • Ensure quality – review and approve content for tone of voice, accessibility and consistency, supporting smooth upload and quality assurance processes.
  • Keep us on track – manage records, approvals and progress reporting to key stakeholders.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in website content coordination or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of content design principles and information architecture.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative approach.

Desirable:

  • Experience in large-scale website redesign projects, accessibility best practice, CMS skills and a related degree or equivalent experience.
