Working as part of the Front Of House team, the scope of Off‑site concierge is to provide a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience for members, guests, and visitors from arrival to departure. Your tasks will include the following:

  • Providing airport transfers to and from the Club and giving warm welcomes and fond farewells for Members and their guests.
  • Driving members and guests from Loch Lomond to various destinations across Scotland.
  • Ensuring our fleet of vehicles are fuelled and valeted to the required standards in readiness for every journey.
  • Maintaining journey logs and recording safety information.
  • Handling baggage and guest and member belongings.
  • Assisting with transportation around the Club to ensure our members are in the right place for tee times, food and beverage arrangements, spa and activities, and events.
  • Providing support front‑of‑house operations including club tours, gate security and general assistance to reception.

To be eligible to apply:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
  • Exemplary driving techniques and a clean UK driving licence.
  • Previous experience in luxury customer service is an advantage.
