From delicious local produce to thoughtful gifts, Loch Leven’s Larder offers something special for every customer. We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Team Member to help create a welcoming shopping experience in our Food Hall & Gift Shop.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Working across our Food Hall and Gift Shop, you’ll help customers explore our carefully selected range of Scottish food, drink, and gifts while providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
Please note this is a permanent role and not a seasonal position, working 4 or 5 shifts per week.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming and assisting customers with a friendly, helpful approach
- Sharing knowledge about our range of local Scottish produce and artisan products
- Replenishing stock and maintaining high merchandising standards
- Creating attractive displays that showcase our products
- Supporting the team to ensure the shop is well-presented and running smoothly
Applicants must be aged 16 or over. As we are located in a rural setting, reliable transport is essential. Weekend availability is required, and shifts are planned in advance and communicated through our rota app.
If you enjoy helping customers discover great food and unique gifts, and would like to be part of a business that celebrates the best of Scotland, we’d love to hear from you.
