Since 1999, Loch Duart Salmon has been pioneering small-scale aquaculture with a strong focus on quality over quantity. We say around here there's the easy way and then there's the Loch Duart way, which includes raising our fish as naturally as possible with the lowest possible impact on the environment. We're looking for an experienced Fish Biologist to join our business during a period of growth. The Fish Biologist will play a crucial role in optimizing fish health and ensuring we continue to deliver the highest quality of salmon for generations to come.
